  My limited experience with this company was terrible. I didn't even get past an initial phone call, but I can tell you that unless you're planning on spending serious $$, they are not interested. I spoke with a woman who was absolutely not interested in talking to me from the start, very unfriendly. She then proceeded to basically laugh at my $10,000 project and told me "actually we're booked until the middle of next year." Funny, that she was in the process of scheduling me a consultation when this occurred to her... She ended the conversation with "We're going to have to pass." I'm sure they would have done a great job if I was spending $100,000, and we actually have bigger projects on the horizon, but I will NEVER consider contacting them again. One of the first rules of business should be that you treat your $10,000 customers the same as your $100,000 customers.
