  I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the worst Verizon store and the worst experience we have ever had with our cellular service. Sold us iPhone 8's. No explanation of fees or costs. Horrible customer service. Went back the next days to return the iPhone's within the 14-day window. They wouldn't take it one back because they said it had a scratch on it. We never even used it after we got home from the store. The store owner handled it more than we did so there is no way we scratched the screen. Felt like a the prototypical "used car salesman". I would never recommend anyone to go to this store.
