    Absolutely TERRIBLE. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I made an "appointment" to have my remote start installed. The appointment was scheduled for 3 weeks out because they were backed up. Understandable. I was told to drop off when they opened at 9am and that it would only take a couple hours, but that they don't do appointments throughout the day, just drop off and wait. I live an hour and a half away and had to take the day off work for this. I drop off and did my errands around Omaha. At 4pm when I still had not heard anything so I called to check on it, they said it would be closer to 8pm when it would be finished. That's when they close. I was irritated. I hadn't planned on spending a full day away from home and was never told it would take that long. So I find more stuff to do instead of driving all the way back home and back up to Omaha. I arrive at 7:50pm to pick up my truck. Guess what, STILL NOT DONE. They tell me it will be ANOTHER HOUR AND A HALF before it's finished because they had someone "call in sick" so they are behind. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? It takes 12 HOURS to install a remote start? Is just ONE guy working? You have no other employees? Your this big named company that touts being the best. I lost an ENTIRE day waiting around for this thing to get done because your business practice is terrible. I don't care if someone calls in sick, thats not my problem. That is yours. And instead of treating me decently, you treated me like I knew nothing about business, that I was impatient and like I didn't matter. Never ONCE offered me a discount, sincere apology or anything. I saw THREE guys sitting behind the computers doing nothing. RIDICULOUS. I will never spend money here again and I will steer everyone away. Don't waste your money for awful service. Unless you want to sit in the parking lot for 3 hours and wait and be treated like garbage. $350 for that was NOT WORTH IT. I'll take my business elsewhere. And I will make sure others do the same.

    TL;DR: Your 9am appointment doesn’t mean anything and you may end up waiting ALL day. Scheduled an “appointment” 3 weeks in advance after ordering my remote starter from them. I dropped my car off bright and early at 9am when they opened. I was told, “we close at 8, we’ll call you when it’s done”. I had originally planned on just staying in store as I only figured it’d take a few hours, but after hearing what he just said I realized I could be there all day. I took an Uber home and waited hours for a phone call. 3pm rolled around, nothing, 6pm, nothing. I finally called at 7:30 (30min until close) and asked if my car was ready. “Uhh yeah we’re working on it now it should be done by 8 or 8:30”. Now I understand there is a queue/waiting list, but I find it extremely unnecessary to drop my car off when you open, and you don’t start working on it until late in the evening. I get a ride from a friend down to the shop around 7:45. We walk around the store looking at everything for about 50 minutes. By this time the employees are shutting down the store and we’re the only ones there. Finally, at 8:40, far past closing time, my car is done. Everything worked flawlessly, and I appreciate the workers staying after hours to finish my car. I just wish I could’ve dropped it off later in the day.

    Rude staff. Not helpful. Act like clients are annoying for asking questions. Also had an "appointment" at 9AM. Called to ask when ready around two and all they could say was before close. I asked when that was and they said 8. I'm no car expert ... but I can't imagine it takes 11 hours to install a remote starter? Not that they would explain to me why they had my car all day.. because we are all just so annoying. Stay away and I know I won't be back....
