  Good store if you are looking to purchase a new device or need assistance with your current one, however this is a Jet Mobile store and not a true Sprint store. I was asked to pay for a SIM card to activate my new device. The SIM card is free from any true Sprint location, so I would suggest going to one if you are trying to get a phone activated that you didn't buy from Jet Mobile. Staff was friendly otherwise.

  Generally a good location. But they don't know much about the phones that they sell. Ordered a essential phone for my son. Was told it would be in a couple of day. Now it's been 10 days and still no phone. I really wish I hadn't been lied to. I would have went to a different store to pick up the phone when I had the opportunity.

  Very poor customer service by both staff and store management, follow up and follow through on issues was completely absent. Will not go back to this location and do not recommend this location at all.
