Customer service is horrible. If you have a billing dispute, Sprint's call center in India has more power than the people behind the counter. The rep refused to address my concern and could not explain why I was being charged two additional monthly fees. He even used the excuse that the system forces us to charge one of the fees and you have to cancel it. Here is an idea, change your system! I've been a customer of Sprint for 15-20 years, and when I am ready to upgrade again I will no longer be! Dealt with this too many times. Not worth the arguments every two years to keep my bill straight.

Terrible. When asked a question the staff suggests "go to the website" or "call the 800#" for an answer. The 800# is manned by non English speaking reps, the language barrier is atrocious. Just horrible customer service. Negative 5 stars. It's back to Verizon I go.....
