  I needed an embroidery design on a CD copied to a floppy disc for my embroidery machine. Called Sew Creative to see if they could do this and they said yes so I took the CD and a blank floppy for copying to the store. The person that handles that kind of service was out so they wrote down my info. SInce I live 50+ miles away, I asked if they could mail it to me and left a return envelope and we could finalize the transaction over the phone. Heard nothing for 14 days so I called. They said they have been very busy and will do it later in the week. (I called on a Monday.) After ANOTHER 11 days and no other communication, I received the copied floppy in the mail. Really...25 days? I was going to make an embroidered gift but the birthday had come and gone. Disappointed with the service. Won't be going back.
