Then when it came to our free delivery and rewards points the same sales person said they can't do it. So we lost delivery and $360 worth of rewards. If they can't handle there own stuff why even offer rewards program. 9 out of 10 times we go here it is a stressful mess. Even exchanging my lifetime warranty tools is becoming a hassle.
