- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆March 17, 2019, by Jenna JFirst they can't keep their dog food stocked, and once I made a comment about needing to figure out what to switch my dog to becaise of their mistake, they had a young staff member follow me through the store to tell me he could make a better decision for MY dog because he "went to college". I don't work in business but I can tell you one of the ways to lose loyal customers is to do all of the above actions. I would rather use a different store that can keep their shelves stocked and their employees under control.
