Considering we only use this only six months out of the year, we asked them for a new mattress. Their response was a $5 credit. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS! NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. Go to Costco, it was half the price and is still holding up fine.
