  This is in response to the review left by Sandra: I am sorry to hear that you were so unsatisfied by your experience in our store. I have tried calling you multiple times at the number you left and have not had an answer. I wanted to make sure you understood WHY your money was not given back. We have a policy that anything that goes on the head can not be returned. We have signs posted on the table with the hats, and it is also written on our receipt. I had offered to give you a store credit, which I understand was refused. The reason you had not received another call from me was because the hat that WAS ordered had not arrived yet. I apologize for not calling you to give you an update. I am more than happy to refund your money because I don't feel comfortable with you leaving merchandise that was paid for here. Again, I'm sorry you feel that it was an unpleasant experience and please let us know how we can refund your money.
