  I have always gotten amazing service at this location, the staff is awesome and every time I go they help me find what i'm looking for at a great price. they tailored a shirt for me in under a minute and made my neck button fit perfectly.

  I visited the store in search of blazers and found two I liked. After tailoring one didn't fit and after tailoring some more it still did not. After trying on about a dozen other jackets for a possible exchange, I didn't find any I really liked enough to replace the one that didn't fit, so I wanted to return the non-fitting blazer. After a bit of back and forth, everything was made right and I ultimately left happy. I am a bit of a hard fit, but I was assured it could work. It didn't and that is okay. The other jacket they sold me and tailored fits like a glove. Overall, the staff was helpful and respectful, even though I was making a difficult request.
