  I purchased my new bed today with super help from Kyle. He understood my needs and went out of his way to meet them. He called other stores and I was able to get what I wanted at the Shadow Lake store with help from Tim, who was also pleasant and helpful. I certainly think Mattress Firm does a great job with customer service!

  Great experience -- much simpler and more efficient than some of the alternatives. Store manager (Kyle) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As others have said, he isn't at all "pushy" and gives you plenty of time to look around, try out different mattresses without feeling self-conscious, etc. I saw one customer stay for a while and then left without buying as they couldn't decide -- he wished them well and didn't try to pressure them to making a purchase.
