  I gave a five star rating based on Jake's customer service. I have been in customer service for over 30 years, and I know it when I see it. I went in several times and he patiently explained and answered any questions. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a bed in August which turned out to be too hard after I slept on it. Went in and was able to exchange it for another. Again, he was so patient and helpful. The exchange went so smoothly with no questions asked. Lebeda wants you to be satified and I am! If you go in, deal with Jake only. I had a bad experience with Terry Scott. Went back once to speak with Jake and Terry was there. When I asked for Jake, he said "do you see him?" I just left. If that was my first time there, I would not have gone back! Be sure Jake is there for excellent customer service.
