  Paid for a driver that has been backordered for 6 weeks. I did not know about the backorder at the time of purchase. After 2 weeks I called since they told me it would be about a week and then found out about the backorder. When told I had hoped to buy the demo on hand so I had something for this golf season. Was told no and told if I wanted to cancel the order I had to drive back to the store, which is 2 hours, and cancel the order in person. They could care less about customer satisfaction once they get paid. I still don't have a driver.

  The employees at this golf galaxy are excellent. All are very knowledgeable, and quick to help. When I want time alone to browse, they aren't pushy. I've brought in at least a hundred different clubs that needed work (gripping, reshafting, adding an adapter, etc etc) and they have done excellent work every time. Just a week ago I brought in some wedges that needed to be reshafted. The work they did looks just as good as if they came from the manufacturer directly. When they add adapters on the shafts they do very clean work, and the alignment is perfect. I did a lesson with one of the pros, and it really helped me. I will be doing more in the future. Last, the used club prices are excellent. Very competitively priced.
