  We would like to write a few words about the amazing customer service we received from Derek. We met Derek 3 years ago when we were building our first house. When the time came to select our appliances, we realized how stressful it could be. I also tend to think that is because we are picky customers. Since there are so many choices, variety of products and prices, it was difficult to find a good, reputable and reliable product for a reasonable price. It was important for us to have someone who could guide us through the process. Derek helped us tremendously with the task. We found him to be very professional, calm, patient, and blessed with good listening skills. He also has an outstanding knowledge of the products. He researched and compared products/prices for us. He was very determined and went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. There are many sales professionals who do the job, however we only meet a handful of people who really exceed expectations in this area. Derek meets all of the criteria and we see him as a very valuable employee and I hope management recognizes this. We highly recommend Derek to our friends, family and people who happen to ask for recommendations. Because of Derek's excellent personality and customer service skills, we have come back a few times and purchased other products. We are very happy with our washer and dryer set, pedestals and "bar" appliances. We would like to THANK Derek for his time and dedication, and wish him great success in his career.
