  The last two experiences with this location have been terrible on one order for her birthday they completely forgot the balloon. On the second order for Valentine's Day they delivered a completely different bouquet with no chocolate covered strawberries and forgot the bear when I called to have the situation corrected they delivered the bear and said they would deliver one dozen box of chocolate covered strawberries on Monday after speaking to my wife they have again not delivered those chocolate covered strawberries. I really don't understand how difficult it is to get an order right and when you do screw it up to not screw up what was supposed to fix it.
