  I don't usually fill these out unless I have positive things to say but my experience here was completely unacceptable and I think others should know about it. My doctor requires the pharmacy request a refill from the clinic. I called CVS on a Friday early in the AM asking them to reach out to get my perscription refilled. I did not hear anything from them all day so I called them after work. Turns out they forgot to call my doctors office to request the refill. My doctors office is closed over the weekend so I was left without my medication for the weekend and since the following Monday was a holiday, I was out my medication for three days. I had to then call them again asking when they would be finally be filling it. Had my condition been more serious it would have been a much bigger deal. Something to definitely keep in mind if you need your prescriptions on time or have a serious condition. There was also an issue with my benefits and as I tried to talk through it with one of the pharmacists she was incredibly short, rude, and condescending. I will never return to this CVS, or any other of their locations.
