  The WORST Charlotte Russe store in the area. I recently moved to the area and I have been to this store two times. On both occasions, my experience has been horrible. The store associates are RUDE and they stand around gossiping with each other. There was only one associate who was actually doing work and putting out merchandise since this location is seriously lacking in merchandise. She asked me on numerous occasions if I needed help. Otherwise, I was never greeted when I came into the store. The only reason I came back to the store the second time was because I had to return something that I bought at the Westroads Charlotte Russe and I was in the area. I was returning a two piece necklace set. During checkout, Cashier #173433 told me I was returning two separate necklaces. I pondered to myself, WHY would I return a necklace and add on an extra one as a bonus. Let's use our heads here. I told her that I bought the necklace at the Westroads location and that's how I bought the necklace. She proceeded to tell me that's not how it should be with an attitude. When she finished the transaction out of common courtesy, I said thank you, then she said "mmhmm", rude! This location has a horrible selection. The Charlotte Russe at Westoroads Mall in Omaha has a wider selection and the staff are friendlier. I will NEVER return to the Oak View Mall Charlotte Russe. It's really disappointing that the company does not make it a priority that their employees have common courtesy and manners.

  Employees didn't say one word to me or my mom when we walked in, we are plus sized & I have bought plus sized items at this one. Not knowing they moved them all over toWestroads, I walked around looking for the section & has multiple sales associates walk past me & look at me & say nothing. I finally went up & asked about the plus sized clothing , & was rudely told they moved all THOSE items over to westroads . She said it very rudely& judgmental ! Will be filling a complaint
