  The products sold in the store are great. Unfortunately I contracted with them the granite counter tops (great material) and the process of installation was a nightmare. The guys working at the shop were nice and tried to be helpful, but they subcontracted with another company. It took too long to manufacture the pieces and when they attempted to install them, they were incorrectly cut; they just left with no plan. It took some time and negotiation to have them adjusted.

  Products were good, good in store selection, helpful staff. Be very aware that they will stick you with any left over if not strictly by policy...ate $100 in tile because installation ran long at job site...most tile suppliers provide 6 month return, not 30 day. Pay close attention.
