They provided the lowest bid, by a significant amount, and the work was expert and very high quality. The initial estimate process was responsive, quick, thorough, and pretty accurate once the work was done, excluding a couple unknowns that came up once work got started. Bob's didn't require any prepayment, which was unique and built up immediate trust. I would highly recommend Bob's to anyone looking for help with remodeling.
