  Called ASAP Hardwood floors for a quote, Harlan the owner and his wife were so nice my wife didn't want anyone else to do the floors. My wife and I both left town, and Harlan got to work. Once we got back we paid him. After a few days we started to see a few imperfections. I called and he agreed to come by that same day to look at them. Due to personal reasons he was not able to stop by and he rescheduled. Two days later when he fixed what he could at that time and we agreed for him to come back and touch up some razor cuts. He is telling me that he will end up having to do a whole room over (10X12 ft) just to make sure it all blends in, which is more than what I asked for. Pros: Very easy to talk to and nice. Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy a customer. Fast. Cons: Nothing other than the razor marks which he is going to fix... so I can't complain.
