- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★October 23, 2019, by Nicole WinterrowdSo the trick to getting an actual person is this... when the automatic answering machine comes on, just say “Speak to a store manager” and it will send you straight to the store instead of Apple care. When I actually got the store instead of Apple care, he was super kind and helpful. AJ (I think) was incredibly helpful and worked hard to get my issue resolved.
